On 21st February, 2022 H.E. Oheneba Dr Lesley A. A. Opoku-Ware received eight (8) Ghanaian students accompanied by two (2) staff members of the Scholarship Secretariat, to pursue a Year Abroad Program at Belgorod State Technological University.
